When the infinite speed control and stroke length adjustment capabilities of our EMO III offer no specific benefit - such as in the cleaning of cylinder, suction, or grooved rolls, and for fan shower oscillation - the EMO III SP is the answer. A simplified control interface provides an economical alternative while maintaining the rugged reliability and quality for which the EMO III is known.
The EMO III SP is ideal for:
- Cylinder roll cleaning
- Suction roll cleaning
- Grooved roll cleaning
- Fan shower oscillation

Like the EMO III, the EMO III SP control panel is fabricated from impact resistant, fiberglass-reinforced plastic. An on/off switch is located on the panel's front door.
The EMO III SP's oscillator stroke and oscillator speed are factory preset to match specific applications. (6" and 12" North American market- 125mm and 250mm markets outside North America).
Easy to upgrade
The EMO III SP can be easily upgraded to provide the extensive control features of the EMO III, including infinite speed control, stroke length adjustments and user-friendly front panel. It is easy to replace the EMO III SP panel with the EMO III control panel. The system's mechanical oscillator component is exactly the same and needs no replacement.
