Working Principle
The ID2 and ID3 concepts consist in creating inside the screen an intermediate deffloculation and, for the ID3, dilution. These features, associated with an ingenious guidance of the stock inside the screen, allow us to duplicate in one screen the same conditions as for a screening system comprising screens in two or three stages.
Applications

- Fine or very fine slot screening with highest efficiency,capacity and yield at best runnability
- ScreenONE is an integrated three stage screen. It is a self contained fine slot screening plant with a very low reject rate, energy consumption for a very low overall investment.
- ScreenTWO & TriFRactor are integrated two stage fine slot screens or Fractionators for very low energy consumption and overall investment.
- FiberNET is a continuous tailing screen for both, stock preparation and approach flow with various specific features depending upon the applications.
- ScreenTEK, like ScreenONE, ScreenTWO, TriFRactor with its UP-Flow design, is a modern one stage screen integrating, together with other features, the new ID2- Technology.
- ID2-RetroFIT of existing screens needing either a reduction in slot width, or an increase in capacity, or a reduction of fibre losses, or any combination of these three parameters.
